temp files

In my directory c:/Documents and settings\marshall\local settings\temp
can i delete the contents of this temp file.
there some images as well as exe files.

Well I regularly delete all the temp files from this (hidden) folder, and I haven't had any probs yet.

If ur not sure, then just delete/store to the recycle bin for a day or two.
In the case of any probs u can 'restore' them.
