"The actual problem is that you have a low base entry in your registry. You have to delete the key value and all should work fine." was written by Pepsidude

How and where do I go to delete the low base entry in my registry? Sorry for the ignorance, but where do I locate the registry to delete the entry? Thank you again for all your help.

You can get to the registry by opening the Run command and typing "regedit"
