Does anyone know how to install a Non-Plug and Play driver called TCP/IP protocol driver that Micro$oft is so shure that it cannot be uninstalled? I removed it by mistake!!!!

Its not a driver btw, just a protocol (in otherwords a language) that the computers use to talk to each other, you haven't given us much to go on..
What device have u "accidently" uninstalled the TCP/IP Protocol from??A network card? A Modem?.. eitherway it can be easily installed again.
Go into your Control Panel -> Network Connections, click on the connection you accidently installed the TCP/IP protocol from and right click -> properties, Click Install -> Protocol -> and select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) click OK, and there ur done.

I installed a little software named TCP View Pro from Winternals and it disabled the TCP/IP Protocol Driver. I uninstalled TCP View and its protocol remained TCP Pro Driver. I wanted to unistall that protocol not the TCP/IP from WinXP. Btw installing in the way you said I already tried and WinXP said that it cannot start a service (IPsec). Finally I fixed it only reinstalling windows.
TCP/IP can be installed only if you are looking in INF folder of WinXP.
Anyway thanks!!!!!!
