TB will not respond all else will??

Comment:

Taskbar will not respond all desktop icons and windows explorer options will work. Hourglass keeps running will not respond. Any ideas??

Yes I found that this is a know issue in XP You need to download the XP SP1 which I already had downloaded I had to download it again
