Taskbar & Toolbar In Right Place, Info On Bars--Not So Much

October 31, 2012 at 14:43:48
Specs: Windows XP
Okay... my taskbar is at the bottom of my desktop, where I want it. My address bar is at the top of my desktop, where I want it. However, all I have on the top is the address bar and the tabs. Even my little google wrench is GONE. I accidently discovered that, instead of coming up when I click on the top, the toolbar options menu comes up when I click on the BOTTOM bar, and doesn't do what I want it to--WHICH IS BE ON THE TOP WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE, AND PUT MY INFO BACK WHERE I WANT IT. Sorry... I'm just so frustrated. Anybody out there that can help me with this? Please??

Windows XP is your operating system, not your browser. If your talking about the browser that's built into XP, then you are using Internet Explorer.
