It would appear that you have too many programmes loading at Startup. Download and use the regcleaner programme from http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/shtml/software.shtml You can check if the startup programmes are needed by cross reference with http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_full.htm#Alpha
