Taskbar order

Does anyone know if it's possible to rearrange the items in the taskbar without closing and opening them again? Let's say I have Eudora, Quicken, Word, and IE all open, and Eudora happens to be on the right because I opened it last. But I want it on the left. I have yet to find a way to get it to the left without closing everything and opening Eudora first.
Another solution is to have Eudora start on startup as I do and it is always on the left.

Thanks very much. The applet is just what I'm looking for. I used to have Eudora in the start up file, but chose to take it out for various reasons. And even if it were there, and I had to close it during a session, it would then end up at the end of the list again.
With TaskArrange, all of this is solved. (Sounds like a commercial.)
