my taskbar has frozen. as soon as i start the computer it will not respond. it is however working if i start in safe mode. i've run virus checks which have found nothing. i did a system restore to a couple of days ago which didn't help. i then tried a system restore to about a month ago and when it restarted there was no taskbar and nothing on the desktop and i can't even do a ctrl alt del to access programs. please help! what can i do?
