TaskBar Gone Wrong!

1. RIGHT click on the blank Taskbar
2.From the popup Context menu , click on Toolbars>Quick Lanch to create a Check mark (Tick Mark) against Quick Launch This must restore the Missing Icons M

Owenfello, First right click your Taskbar then uncheck "Lock the Taskbar" then follow maadhurimn's instructions in Response Number 3.

Owenfello, If you mean that the open programs blocks are not showing in your Taskbar when you minimize them go to the link below and under the letter "T"-"Taskbar" click on "Minimized Programs Missing" to download the vbs file. Save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
