My taskbar keeps disappearing and when it disappears a message comes up saying: Window's Disk Error- Please insert disk in to drive and when i click cancel the taskbar returns. It happends repeatedly and I don't know why! No matter how much I restart the computer it still happens.
Also I kept getting IE messages telling me there was a problem and it had to close. Is all this related? I looked for that sysu.exe file in my task manager but it's not there. I don't know how to fix it! All the computer language is confusing me; HELP!

Sysu.exe is adware. You shouldn't need to reinstall windows, just install As-Aware or Spybot to remove it.
Here's a Google search on the sysu.exe file http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=sysu.exe+&btnG=Google+Search

Dont get involved in reinstalling Windows just because you have a problem. Scan your computer for Adware, virus's, Trojans and the like before you reinstall. Remember reinstalling windows is the last ditch effort. Lots can be done before that should even be suggested.

Okay I'll try scanning for adware and see what happens.
