Hi all I'm having a problem with my taskbar buttons. They attempt to display the full directory they represent. For example, three of them display "C:\Documents and...." becasue they attempt to display the full directory. It's a new computer and I don't remember my old XP installation doing this. It makes negotiating between windows difficult because it is difficult to see which folder is being represented. Is it posible to change it so that only the specific folder name is displayed? I see on other computers that it is done like this. The problem does not concern the grouping of taskbar icons, the problem is that the icon attempts to display the whole directory and if it is a long directory, it is impossible to tell which folder it is from the text on the icon. For example, it tries to display "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Pictures", in reality only displaying "C:\Documents and...." because it runs out of space and I just want it to display "Pictures" so I know which folder it is at a glance at the taskbar. This problem only seems to have developed with a new installation of XP on a new computer. Thanks in advance.

In Windows Explorer, click 'Tools' up in the Menu Bar, then Folder Options, then 'View' tab, then find and uncheck the box for Display full path in the Title Bar
