Taskbar Auto-hide will not Unhide

The problem is (when IE is in full screen mode) the taskbar will flick up very quickly and disappears causing me to move my cursor to the bottom of the screen again before it will pop up. I will have to move my cursor up and down 2 or 3 times on the taskbar before I can get it to stay up. When IE is NOT in full screen mode, I can just drop my cursor down to the bottom of my screen and the taskbar pops up nice and slow and stays there until I move my cursor. Some times I can't get the taskbar to pop up at all. There is a world of difference between how the taskbar works in full screen mode as compared to when it isn't.

If you want the task bar not hidden, right click on an empy area on the task bar. Make sure that the lock taskbar is checked. Then click on properties, which brings up the task bar window properties. Make sure "auto hide is not checked. Hope this solves your problem.

I want the taskbar hidden, but it is very buggy when IE is in full screen mode. I like running IE in full screen mode, so changing this is not an option for me.
