Taskbar and Icons Keep disapearing

My taskbar and icons keep disapearing and when i run explorer.exe in the task manager it just starts to blink on and off! i have also tried putting my computer in safe mode and then rebooting it back normally but that also didnt work so please help me. and thank you

yeah but i dont have that many icons cause i have a dock on my desktop im more worried about my task bar and thanks for the reply

Do you have autohide enabled? Can you get to the minimized apps using Alt-Tab?

Go into safe mode and run system restore, go back to before you started having the problems.

yes i can get to my closed tabs using alt tab.

and i will try the safe mode thing
