Task Mgr. Disabled by Administrator

Dear Friends, Whenever I try open task manager, I get the message "Task Manager Disabled by Administrator" (that's me!) Never mind how I did this, HOW DO I (as the administrator) RE-ENABLE TASK MANAGER? Please help! Thanks, Paleozoid
