Task Manager window missing top bar

Whenever I open my Task Manager, the window is missing the top toolbars, thus making the manager useless. I have tried rebooting my system, but this still remains. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Ah..got it. It was simply a matter of double-clicking the left margin of the window.

The tab sometimes like to sleep. Just double clicking on the out edge of the task manager border and..presto..it's back.
