task manager toolbar problem

OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 / 512

When i access my task manager it loads and functions properly except for the fact that the toolbar and tabs above the main display are not displayed or accessable. I have tried the alt + P keyboard shortcut to try to access the menu but it failed. Im really stumped on this one and could use any advice. Thanks

Click in the outer border of the task manager pane. It should revert to normal view.

That should be double-click.

Single click if your machine is set to single click like mine.
