yeah you have been hit with spyware. The spyware has gone into your registry and changed the values. Before you adjust your registry, you must remove any spyware you have on your computer. do this in safe mode with some spyware software. once you have done that, do this! Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (better - Copy and paste) REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f This should do the trick!
