Ok, well my sister has some problems on her computer that im trying to fix. I noticed that everytime i would try to open windows task manager or msconfig, it would just automatically close itself after it opens. I downloaded a program called Remote Task Manager as a substitute for the regular Windows Config. What i discovered was, a file called NETSTATT.exe. Everyone the computer starts up, that file always loads, which automatically gives me the inability to open the task manager. I tested it by end tasking the file, then tried opening Windows Task Manager, and it worked! Well I tried to delete the file and disable it in msconfig, but it wont go away! and the problem continues... Any help would be appreciated
