Task Manager disabled by your Admin

I have newly reinstalled Windows XP. I get I problem I've never seen before. When I try to start the Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) I get the message: "Task Manager has been disabled by your Admin" I am the Administrator myself but I dont know how to enable that. Anyone can help me, thanks.

boot up in safemode and go onto the administrators account that "should" be there. then go to control pannel and then into users and delete your account then remake it. i dont know how to disable / enable the task manage so deleteing you account seems the best way to me ;-)

To enable Task Manager... you can do it a few ways. From the run dialog box type "gpedit.msc" (without quotes), and hit enter. Now locate the "User Configuration/ Administrative Templates/ System/ Ctrl+Alt+Del Options" and on the right hand side you'll see "Remove Task Manager" Make sure it's not configured or that it is disabled. You can also try to run the task manager from the run box by typing "Taskmgr.exe" (without quotes)

Thanks for your help, I could enable the Task Manager in the way you told me BUT when I start Windows again, again happens the same: "Task Manager disable by your Admin" You have an idea how to avoid that?
