If a virus has indeed disabled task manager there is no shortcut in the world that is going to fix the problem.
You need to remove the virus. As that takes a detailed explanation and you don't want detailed explanations as you thing they are useless then I wont bother.

hi, follow these steps..... goto run type gpedit.msc User configuartion->administrative templates->system->ctrl+Alt+Del option and right side select option for enable task manager...........
