My girls computer has a virus called TROJ_MAGICPS.A . I can go into safe mode and get to my registry files and use task manager. When you try to get to your registry files it says it has been disabled by the computer administrator. Same for task manager. In safe mode it shows 2 computer administrators and there is no way to delete one. I hit ctrl/alt/delete and in processes it shows 2 administrators. ctfmon.exe admistrator and explorer.exe. administrator. I have run a virus scan and it hasnt gotten rid of it yet. Rocketmech, I tried the TDS-anti trojen and it found nothing. I went to the link that Tufenuf talked about and it still said that my Registry and task manager was locked. On that page it talked about spybots. So I ran adware and it found a lot of spyware on the computer and after I deleted those I was able to get back into the Registry and Taskmanager. Thanks a bunch!!!!
