Everything on my Windows Task Bar is delayed. If I close a window it won't go off the taskbar until a few minutes later. If I try and access my Start button or a Quick Launch it acts like it's on a 5 minute delay, after trying to execute something it will open a few minutes later. I've tried defragging and doing everything I can think of, but nothing will work. Any ideas?
