Hello. Lately my firewall has been asking to allow the file "sywsvcs.exe"(located in C:\Windows\System32) to access the internet, and the trusted zone. I have not seen this file before and I am wondering if it is harmful or just a system file. Thank You.

Many of the newer Trojans mutate themselves into nonsense.exe files at every boot. Consequently you cannot find them on Google and if you delete them from startup you will find another in it's place.
You need to find the root .exe and eliminate it (no easy task).
