I have a problem with Windows XP and Corel WordPerfect Office 2002. I have the latest updates for the Corel Office. The problem arises when I try to open a document in WordPerfect 10. The screen and WordPerfect 10 freezes. I been told by the support team of Corel that the application, in Windows XP, "CTFLoader", also called "ctfmon.exe" is a problem. Corel and a couple of other web sites suggested to delete it from Windows/System32 and save to a disc for later if needed. I delete it and WordPerfect 10 opens the files ok. However, it comes back to the Windows/System32 folder. Where does it come back from and how do you permantely delete it??????
