System32 on startup??????

OS: XP pro
CPU/Ram: AMD athalon

I keep getting the system32 folder opening on startup. Before any1 asks i do not have a dell and in the system config there is no L:ENG thing. There is a couple of things with no name and in the command collumn there is a c:\WINDOWS\System32\ which looks a bit dodgy. is it those i should delete???

system32 folder opens when logging on to windows

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=170086

look for a null, incomplete, or damaged key in the Registry in this area:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

if found, delete it. and there are other cases mentioned in the article that may apply also
