Guys, on start up my computer can't find system32.exe. I've tried searching, but no luck.
Also, the computer is slower than a dead frog. Any ideas?

Davy, System32.exe is not a viable Windows XP file it is part of a virus/worm. Run a full virus scan with updated virus definitions. Info on that file at the many links/threads at the search link below.

Davy, What was the name of the virus? If you don't remember the name it may be in your Antivirus Program's log files. The reason you're getting that message is because there's an entry for system32.exe in your registry and that's trying to call up a file that no longer exists. There are several viruses that drop system32.exe into your system so it would help to know the name of the virus before someone has you do a regedit to remove the entry.
