Every time I reboot, system32 file folder pop up, does enyone know how the fix for this.

Could you have somehow placed a shortcut for the System32 folder in your Startup folder. That's all that I could think of at this moment. :-\

The System32 folder opening on bootup can be caused by Audigy sound cards.
Run MSCONFIG, go to the STARTUP tab and uncheck :/L ENG
