When I load my computer, some of the items that should be in the system tray dont load, such as batter power, AOL, my printer software and other random programs. However, if i log off my user name and log back on, it loads everything. is there anything i can do to fix this? i have already checked msconfig to make sure that nothing was messed up

Have you checked the settings in the Task Bar and Startup? Look for hide, show quick launch, etc.

Post on Missing Tray Icons

This worked for me. Hope it helps you too.

Phil
