System Stalling

OS: XP Prog
CPU/Ram: 766/384
Comment:

System stalling after logon screen. Shows background for about 5 minutes, then "virtual memory too low" followed by "useridit.exe not found".
Any thoughts?

Disregard, hardware issue that is now resolved.
