So i click on the pop ups and it shows all the "ifected files" so i try to close it or ok it and it trys to sell me system security.

I tryed something from pctools, i run it and open it but it never opens up to do the finle install.

Also i try to open any files off my computer and it wont open. Nore can i open up anything else to do maintenance to remove any programs.

It keeps popin up system security firewall alert, Lsas.blaster.keyloger.exe is a worm?

AND at the bottom its showing "WARNING! App. canot be executed. the file ccSvcHst.exe is infected.

Im running norton.

TY FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

Scoooooter2002, sorta surprised to hear Norton's can't handle it... Beware! There're a lot of 'cleaners' out there which generate false positives in an effort to sell you something. If you DO indeed have a trojan/worm you can download a free cleaner.
Be aware that a virus and a Trojan are similar, but not the same. Many times, an AV detects one it can't clean, other times, it gets missed entirely.
If you need to clean one, Superantispyware can do the job and you can get it free @:
http://www.superantispyware.com/
among other places. They have a Vista compatible version if needed.
If it turns out that you need to use it, be sure to update prior to running and disable 'restore' (restart after cleaning) so it doesn't get put back. They just released a new update recently and it changes all the time. Things are in a constant state of flux.
The restore thing is critical. May not be your deal at all, but won't hurt anything to try.
HTH.
