System restore, task manager error

My system restore won't work it say this error. The procedure entry point remoteassistancepreparesystemrestore could not be lacated in dynamic link library WINSTA.dll
While my task manager always close after a few second. I tried to virus scan my entire system and it didn't help. I also have already scan and delete msblase thing.

Did you turn off "system restore" when you cleaned the "msblase thing"? If not turn off "system restore" run the removal tool from Symantec and if your system is clean turn "system restore" back on. Then set the slider to 2% instead of the default 10% to save drive space, it will still do the job just fine.

Thanks for help. Task manager works now after I virus scan in safe mode. But still my system restore does not work help if possible thanks.
