System Restore Problems on XP SP3

i have recently reinstalled windows xp sp3, and system restore will not work, by this imean it wont save any new restore points or aloow me to create one, just keeps saying its not able to create one, its turned on in the settings, anyone know why this is? thanks

I am running XP SP3 on this PC. The SR is working just fine. Did it work before you upgraded to XP SP3? Were there problems installing XP SP3? i_Xp/VistaUser

Who uses system restore anyway? Disable it (all restore poits will be lost), re-enable it, create a new restore point.
