System Restore Point File Store

Is it possible to change where Windows stores my restore point files? The reason why is I have created seperate partitions on my drive:
D: has my Operating System E: has all of my installed programs
D: becomes full because of temporary files. I have successfully moved my Temp Internet files to E:, as well as my Windows Temp folder. Moving the system restore files to the larger partition will allow me to create more restore points.
