I have a system that is running Windows XP Home. It gets so far during bootup then restarts it self.
I have tried:
booting off a Norton AntiVirus CD and Scanning for virus'--No Virus' were found

I've tried Safe mode--got to login screen selcted Administrator the system rebooted

Last Known Good Configuration--System rebooted

What can cause this and how do aI fix it?

Hey

If you have any equipments like Ti89 computer connector cord to your computer, that might be the problem.
I had this a while back, fixed it by removing the damn software and cord.
