Comment:

I am unable to access Windows on my laptop, the system logs me off as soon as I log on. I want to re-install Windows with the Dell Reinstallation CD, but the CD drive is not funtioning. Is it possible to reinstall Windows from a usb drive by copying the files from the Reinstallation disk? If not does anyone have a solution?

The system says it is booting into the Safe Mode, but I still cannot get past the login screen.
