I accidentially deleted the user account i always used (had admin rights) and now that i am using the default administrator account ALL my settings from my old account are lost. all my emails are gone, all my outlook settings, IE settings, program settings, all gone.
is there a way to restore the settings?
or better: is SYSTEM RESTORE able to restore the deleted account? i have a system restore check point 4 days prior to the day i deleted the account.

sebastian the old user and new user are listed in documents and settings.
the new user is the one you will create while logged in as the system administrator. then reboot and login as the new user.
you simply open two windows of doc and settings and have older user in one and new user in other and drag from old user to new user and drop in correct folders.
