As I'm writing this, my CPU Usage in Task Manager is a constant 100%. The "System" process is causing this, not System Idle Process. I have removed spyware, adware, and virii using Spybot, Adaware, and Avast!, but this did not help. In safe mode, the computer is fine. Any ideas? Help appreciated!

I have had this happen to me before, you're disk is probably heavily fragmented, try the disk defragmenter, spyware/virii leave some bad crap behind. If the disk defragger doesn't work, sorry, but the best thing to do is reformat your disk and reinstall windows.

I'm not sure if it was the defragging the fixed it, however, it has been resolved in the process of it. Regardless, I am extremely appreciative your help.
Problem resolved! Thanks!
