hi there!!
whenever i press alt+ctrl+del on my pc the processes show tht my system idle process is taking most of the cpu usage it is around 100
plzz tell me how to get it down
and my pc is very slow at times
especially when opening internet explorer
there is one more problem that is i cant open any dos programs or games on my pc
whenever i click any dos file a black screen comes and it gets back to the desktop
any help will be appreciated!!

The above is perfectly normal and means that your cpu is appx 100% idle and is OK as shown.
Are you getting a error message as shown below:

Hi, yes System idle process is very normal and not causing your problems in fadt at 100% its doing very well you cant get rid of it all its doing is showing you how little workit is having to do!

actually it doesnt show any error

try to download Spyware Doctor version 3.1.0.312 do a google for it it is very important that you get that version you have to pay for others. and it will check for spyware which is a likley problem! if it gives you the option of continuing or registering just click continue.
