Comment:

Video locks up after about 5 min. Restart. Beep codes with no video. I'm sure it's a fight between video card and on board video (Biostar M7VIG)but I've been everywhere in BIOS and can't find where to disable it! Also requires 10 min or more to get cold start without beep codes, but nothing seems hot?! Tried reseating / changing slots on the DDR and changing PCI slots on the vid card, no luck.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

if the onboard video card is not uninstall in the bios your comp will always freeze. that's normal. in your beos you will have something like onboard pci video or something like that. desactivate it.
