Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 8059231e, parameter3 f3359b50, parameter4 00000000. I get the above in the event manager. My PC restarts everytime. I dont know why but in the event manager,its written this.How can I solve it? Cheers Kay Kayzone

Kayarsenal, It sounds like you have a memory problem.... To confirm this i would download memtest from here.. MEMTEST86 and download it to a floppy disk,or a cd,and let it run it course,and if it finds errors then you will have to replace your memory.... To run the memtest86 from a floppy you will have to reboot your pc,and enter bios and se the floppy as the first boot device,or,if you are going to use a cd,then again you will have to reboot your pc,and set the cdrom as the first boot device. I just fixed a similar issue by re-registering windows XP through MS registering. hat to call 1877 number. also noticed for some reason my nic settings were set to 802.1x and ipsec which is incorrect unless your environment warrants it.
