I'm having a problem where every time I go to open a folder on my desktop, as the icons in the folder load in memory, it suddenly freezes and my computer crashes as I get the infamous BSOD. On the BSOD it says something about "bad spool header" and a "physical memory dump". I don't remember everything I have in that folder that I'm trying to open, but it is a folder containing mostly shortcuts to applications. Now I can't get access to what I have stored in that folder because of this strange problem. Please help if anyone has a clue.

Can you use event viewer to see more clues. Might have to setup dump log and see how to read results.

Consider system restore or at worse case reload clean.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
