Sue
InCD cames with NERO BURN, you can desintall it with your CD.

Or, desintall your NERO burn prog, and install it again without de InCD application.

I hope it will help

A registry cleaner may remove the problem child. Many here use RegSeeker; you can download it here for free. Once installed, click the StartUp entries tab on the left and look for InCd to remove it.

'or

A registry tweak will fix your problem. Open RegEdit - go to:

hkey_local_machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion

Programs that are launched at startup are in the directories:
Run
RunOnce
RunOnceEx
RunServices
RunservicesOnce

As always, back your registry up before attempting to edit. It would be a good idea to create a System Restore Point as well.

In addition to LL's sugestion to look in this registry key, hkey_local_machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

you need to look under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\...

and HKEY_USER\... same place

and instead of

Microsoft\Windows check under

Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Some start up items are located there for XP
