I have an e machine home pc about 2 years old. anyway, it started becoming sluggish (it took forever to go anywhere). long story short now you cant do anything. everytime you try to go on the internet or go to any program it does nothing then says the administrator has disabled the task manager. we've tried using the boot disks to recover but nothing. it won't even let me format the drive to re install everything. help
