System 32 Window at startup..

Hey, everytime I boot up windows it pops up with this System 32 Window. Also it pops up with this svcpack.exe window too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there's a program called "startup organizer" that can be found on fileforum.com. It allows you to see what programs are designated to come up at startup. I had the same problem with the system32 window and this prog allowed me to remove the glitch.

Remove the following:

Not sure about this one but it looks like you could remove it without harm:
