System 32 error

I HAVE RESTORED MY COMPUTER MANY TIMES IT WORKS FOR A WHILE AND THEN IT CRASHES AGAIN, THE ONE COMMON ERROR I KEEP GETTING IS : CORRUPTED FILE IN WINDOWS/SYSTEM 32, I HAVE RUN CHECK DISK I EVEN RAN WINODWS REPAIR, THE ONE OTHER MESSAGE I KEEP GETTING IS "MEDIA CABLE FAILURE". I AM ABOUT AT A LOSS

Sorry for caps thats what I use for work.I don't remember a specific file it named I just remember any error I have been getting has always been connected to system 32, although I do remember an error regarding a temp file in system 32. I hope this helps if not I will have to wait for it to go down again. Oh one thing it may be a big thing, when the computer goes down, it gives me a message that says media cable failure, then it says operating system not found. Thats when I restore it. After restoring it runs a disk check and dumps a whole bunch of files.
