sysprep Image hang with apg440.sys

I have a problem with a sysprep Image that i have designed. The Image did work on many Computers, but on some computers the sysprep Image didnīt run. If i start the computer the windows XP stops at the load of the agp440.sys Have somebody the same Problem or have somebody an idea what this Problem is ???
