Not sure this is THE solution, but it works for me. If your XP system stops after restoring a sysprep image at the agp440.sys line, try turning Plug and Play OS on in the BIOS. If it is on everything works fine for me. Otherwise be sure your [SysprepMassStorage] in sysprep.inf is listing the proper .inf files from intel. you may need to look this one up or I'll be writing all day:)
