Syntax error message

While I have explorer open and surf ing the web I keep getting theses error messages popping up...runtime error occurred,error :syntax error..do you wish to Debug?...Can I stop this?Is it because of the version or set up of XP that I have?

Hi evilklown, hello everyone

In Internet Explorer select Tools and Internet Options

Select the Advanced tab.

Check the box next to Disable script debugging.

Uncheck the box next to Display a notification about every script error check box.
