Syncing Palm Pilot

I replaced my outlook from XP to 2003. Now when I sync my palm pilot, it only syncs my emails and doesn't sync my calendar. It did everything before the upgrade of outlook. What do I need to do to get my calendar to sync with my palm? Thanks!
