Synchronizing My Documents

I have a desktop with XP and a Laptop that I network when at home with ME. Is it possible to synchronise the two "My Documents" files on the computers when connected. I have tried the synchroisation tool on XP but can't seem to get it to work

XP's tool does work, but you have to read the HELP instructions carefully to be sure you know it's capabilities and limitations. If you want a commercial tool, here's one that also works:
